Dr. Yarovyi is an attorney-at-law holding Certificate to practise law No. 701 dated 28.12.2009. He earned a Master of Law from Lviv University (2004) and an LL.M. from Stanford University (2013), and holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law, having defended a dissertation on covert investigative and intelligence activities. Earlier in his career he worked in the Prosecutor's Office, held roles in intelligence agencies and practised at multinational law firms.
